Originally from a Telco background, Kenny has over 12 years experience in customer
analytics, business analysis & computer-based simulation. He has an MSc in
Operational Research (aka Management Science), and is a
professional member of the British Computer Society, Operational Research Society & Simulation Australia. ;
Kenny's uses a blend of several
qualitative and quantitative methodologies to help
business understand their customers and
processes better.
With a eye for new technology and methodologies,
Kenny enjoys working in emerging areas, such as
